The Westin Collective at Gurney Bay is a mixed development comprising hotel and residential towers, a sales gallery, and an integrated public realm along one of Penang’s most prominent waterfront destinations. The landscape design is guided by the spirit of place of Gurney Drive, drawing from its coastal character, urban vibrancy, and evolving identity.

The project brings together a series of interconnected spaces that support both private and public experiences, from arrival sequences and podium landscapes to open, pedestrian-friendly areas that engage with the wider seafront. Planting and materiality are carefully considered to reflect the tropical coastal setting while enhancing comfort and visual continuity across the development.

The project aims to establish a refined and cohesive environment where hospitality, living, and public life are seamlessly integrated, reinforcing Gurney Bay as a key urban and lifestyle destination in Penang.
