The Crown is a waterfront residential development located in Seri Tanjung Pinang, Penang, envisioned as a refined coastal living environment that embraces its seafront setting. The landscape design responds to the site’s proximity to the shoreline, creating a seamless relationship between architecture, open space, and the surrounding marine horizon.

A series of curated outdoor spaces are organised across the development, offering residents a balance between leisure, wellness, and quiet retreat. Podium landscapes, arrival courts, and communal gardens are carefully composed to maximise views, natural ventilation, and spatial comfort, while reinforcing a sense of exclusivity and identity.

Planting strategies draw from tropical coastal species to enhance resilience and create a soft, layered landscape that complements the built form. The integration of shaded walkways and outdoor amenities supports an active lifestyle while maintaining a calm and immersive atmosphere.
