The Borealis Commercial Centre marks the first phase of activation within the Eco Horizon township in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan. Spanning approximately 8.5 acres, the project establishes a vibrant commercial enclave that sets the tone for the broader development.

The landscape design focuses on creating a welcoming and pedestrian-friendly environment that supports both daily activities and social interaction. Streetscape enhancements, shaded walkways, and carefully positioned planting soften the built form while improving comfort within the tropical climate. The integration of greenery introduces a human scale to the commercial setting, making it more inviting for visitors and occupants alike.

Public spaces are thoughtfully designed to accommodate a range of uses, from casual gathering to retail spillover and community events. The landscape framework also reinforces clear circulation and visual connectivity across the site, enhancing accessibility and ease of movement.
