Eco Horizon Beldon Residential Precinct is a 42 acre high-end gated and guarded residential enclave located in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan. Conceived as a contemporary interpretation of “the beautiful glen”, the landscape design celebrates EcoWorld’s established brand identity while creating a distinctive living environment rooted in greenery and spatial quality.

The masterplan organises a network of landscaped streets, communal spaces, and green corridors that enhance the residential experience while fostering a sense of privacy and exclusivity. Carefully curated planting and terrain modulation create layered landscapes that offer both visual richness and everyday comfort.

The first phase was completed in 2024, with the second phase currently under construction, continuing the vision of a cohesive and immersive residential landscape.
